ROBBERIES None. BURGLARIES Business: A piece of concrete was thrown through the front window of the Grand River Subway. Home: An attempted break in occurred at a home on Alta Loma. The case has been solved. LARCENIES Tires and wheels were stolen at Farmington Manor Apartments.Tires and wheels were stolen from a car on Larkspur.Tires and wheels were stolen at Sunview Manor Apartments.A bicycle was stolen at Flanders Elementary School.An IPod was stolen out of an unlocked car on Cass Street.Outdoor furniture was stolen at Café EvanHandbags were stolen out of a car at Village Mall.A GPS was stolen out of a delivery truck at CVS.Jewelry was stolen out of a home on Larkspur. The case has been solved.A GPS was stolen out of a vehicle on Larkspur. The case has been solved.A wallet was stolen out of an unlocked car at the Huron Hunt Club. The stolen credit cards have been used to buy gasoline.A mailbox was stolen on Brittany Hill.In separate incidents, a wallet, Blackberry, cell phone and two lap tops were stolen at Farmington High School.

VANDALISM - A rock was thrown through a picture window on Larkspur. - A window was broken out of a car parked at T.J. Maxx. CRIME PREVENTION REMINDERS A review of larcenies in May confirm wheels and tires, and GPS units are targets of criminals. The theft of tires and wheels have increased in many area communities. Tire thieves may avoid stealing tires on cars parked in well lit areas or in places where a witness might observe a crime in progress. Residents are doing a great job keeping garage doors closed. No thefts from garages occurred in May.
